the purpose of photography

The purpose of photography is to capture life.  to evoke a feeling. to render something ‘ordinary’ and turn it abstract, make it abnormal – perhaps even brilliant.  To express emotion, create meaning, touch power.

back to college

this is just candy & bouncy balls
(and this is why I completely regret not bringing my camera to school with me — you would think I’d learn after not surviving a month without it the first semester… apparently not.)
